GERMAN GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR Required – Stunning Luxurious 5* Hotel - Maldives!

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Guest Relations Officer to join this flagship property in the Seychelles and strengthen the Front Office Team!

For this role, you will require excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills and be able to ensure that 5* service is provided at all times.  Anticipating guest’s needs and going the extra mile is what it is all about. You will also be striving to ensure the continual improvement of the Guest Experience and to ensure effective liaison between Front Office staff and other departments.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking and must be able to work on own initiative! You must be able to think on your feet at all times and be a real ambassador for this 5* hotel.

Qualifications & Experience:

ENGLISH & GERMAN LANGUAGES ESSENTIAL!!

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent grooming standards

At least two years experience in a similar position within a four or five star Resort Island preferred but not a must.

Remuneration Package: USD 900 net + Service Charge (USD 325) + full expat benefits (Flights, Visa, Accommodation, Medical cover & Allowances)
