ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF F&B – LUXURY HOTEL, QATAR – NEW OPENING!

Great opportunity for a Strong Restaurant General Manager with 4+ years of experience or someone who is already in a Assistant DOFB role to take on this project!

  • We require someone with the following experience and skills:

  • 5-star luxury hotel background (well-known international brand only)

  • Already in an Assistant Director of F&B or F&B Manager position for 1-2 years

  • Capable of leading a direct team of 10 and overall F&B team of 200

  • Very innovative, active on social media, great team leader

  • Used to large volume operations / Outside Caterings / etc.

Salary package Offered:

QAR 13,000 per month plus full expat and family benefits including accommodation.
