Job Description

Leadership & Management

  • Own & develop the digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, footfall and online delivery across all digital channels for all our brands.
  • Work effectively with Foodmark Marketing teams in order to deliver integrated 360 campaigns
  • Liaise and influence with teams at a regional and international level to coordinate UK projects with the wider international roadmap.
  • Responsible for development and delivery of reporting on all key metrics.
  • With the Finance team forecast and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Develop & Manage the Foodmark digital marketing team to ‘build for the future’

Digital Marketing

  • Implement the digital strategy working with both, agencies and in-house teams.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, programmatic and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns including paid search, display, paid social, video ads, affiliates and partners. Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy ensuring visibility and traffic across all touchpoints, developing new and emerging channels as required
    • Review the social media calendars and coordinate with stakeholders across the company to ensure that relevant products are promoted on social media platforms.
    • Oversee the management of a Blogger/Influencer outreach program and ensure the maintenance of an active brand ambassador network for our brands.
  • Manage brand websites and ensure that they are regularly updated with relevant content.
  • Manage our brand presence on delivery apps and ensure that we drive maximum value and maintain positive sentiments/ ratings.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing calendar including all e-mail marketing activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution and programmatic media buying.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to implement the calendar of campaigns. Ensure execution meets with campaign goals and also projects a consistent brand experience.
  • Oversee monthly reports for all digital channels with actionable insights, monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
