Rise Hospitality hiring Reservations Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to take the lead at our Dubai franchise of BrewDog, opening soon on Bluewaters Island. Please note that this managerial role is hybrid between Reception and Sales, therefore, overseeing guest relations and reservations from small groups through to full-venue buyout. You will report to the Group Head of Sales for Rise Hospitality; the parent company.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supervising front desk operations: oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests and clients.
• Managing the Reception team including hostesses.
• Responding to all reservation enquiries to deliver the highest standard of customer service and drive sales with a focus on corporate and private events.
• Sales conversion; with an ability to upsell.
• Daily management of table plans on the CRM (Seven Rooms) including events such as brunches and other activations.
• Arranging and coordinating events for the venue including conducting pre-orders and event logistics.
• Processing and opening a direct line of communication with all group reservations, bar teams and other relevant departments.
• Assisting in general with issues regarding reservations or the system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in and passion for the hospitality industry. Knowledge around craft beer is handy but not to worry if you don’t have this, we’ll teach you all about it! Familiarity of the BrewDog brand is preferred, but not essential.

You will have experience working in professional event management and be confident in negotiating new systems and building bespoke event experiences for our customers. 

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with various departments across the business. Please note that strong English written and speaking skills are required for this role.
