Tangtown Restaurant hiring Waiter/Waitress at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilites

1.Greet and seat customers promptly, provide them with menus and inform daily specials.
2.Take occurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
3.Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
4.Check in with customers to ensure satisfacation with food and service , promptly addressing and concers or issues.
5.Clear tables efficiently, remove empty dishes and utensils, and reset them for next guests.
6.Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts to customers.
7.Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and enhance the dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

1.At least 2 years experience as waiter/waitress in high-end restaurant or fine dining in UAE.
2.With pleasing personality.
3.Fluent in English.
4.Full-time
