Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within high end restaurant, beach club or nightlife concepts
• Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous

Who are we?

Sirene By Gaia 

Sirene Beach by GAIA is an expansion of the GAIA brand. The beach club will offer a gourmet dining experience, and the menu will boast Greek Mediterranean flavours. If Chef Izu’s previous restaurants are anything to go by, Dubai diners are in for a treat. GAIA is one of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in Dubai. 

The site will span 9,000 square metres and draws its inspiration from Greece. The beachfront location will offer sea views, pools, and cabanas, along with up to 400 sunbeds.
