Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive top-notch hospitality and maintain satisfaction.
• Recognize and engage with regular guests, ensuring personalized service.
• Maintain high service standards, including efficient table setups, up-selling, and delivering food and beverages in style.
• Stay informed on daily specials, menu items, and restaurant policies.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with stock counts, and ensure the cleanliness of all utensils and glassware.
• Process payments accurately and handle customer feedback to resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training sessions to maintain knowledge of procedures and safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of service procedures, basic math skills, and ability to handle point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, standing position for extended periods.
• Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
