• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phones and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with special events or promotions as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and seating arrangements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
