Skyler HR is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our client’s prestigious venue in the heart of Dubai. If you have a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and exceptional guest service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Job Description:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of drinks with precision and flair, delivering outstanding service to guests, and contributing to the overall vibrant atmosphere of the venue. Your key tasks will include preparing and serving beverages, ensuring the bar area is always organized and well-stocked, and collaborating with the team to create a lively, enjoyable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks according to the menu
• Engage with guests, offering beverage recommendations and ensuring an excellent experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked at all times
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety standards and health regulations

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Spirits and cocktail knowledge: Strong mixology skills and the ability to craft unique beverages
• Personality & communication: Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of service under pressure
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including nights and weekends

• Competitive salary: 3,600 AED per month + 2,400 AED live-out allowance (or shared accommodation)

Working Hours:

• 8-9 hours per shift, 6 days a week
• 1 full day off, plus 1 on-call day (you may be called in if needed; otherwise, it's your second day off)
