Job Description:

• Take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.
•  Assist with all opening and closing duties. 
•  Meet with the properties team to review daily tasks, changes to service and any events at the property.  
•  Assist guests with any queries or requests.
•  Arrange table set up correctly and ensure the designated area of service is painted and kept tidy 
•  Handle ADHOC deliveries and collect receipt payments if/when indeed. 
•  Ensure a high standard of grooming and hygiene is maintained.
•  Attend ADHOC trainings to maintain service standards.
•  Handle challenges that may arise with composure and a problem-solving attitude. 
•  Comply with health, safety, and municipality regulations.  
•  Keep a positive and fruitful relationship with the other departments within the private property and share feedback as often as possible to improve service.
