Rise Hospitality hiring Waiter/Waitress at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing a seamless operation of food and beverage service to our guests, taking orders and delivering our fantastic drinks, and food from our vendors. Waiter/Waitress have exceptional knowledge of the food and beverage menu. They work closely with all departments to ensure the service is operated efficiently whilst ensuring the provision of Swingers guest experience through exceptional service and adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities:  

• Increase the department's revenue and profitability through suggestive selling techniques. 

• Operates equipment with care and diligence to avoid breakages. 

• Proficient order-taking and use of POS system to minimise wrong orders, cancellations and voids. 

• Complies with cash handling procedures to ensure customer bills are correctly prepared, presented and processed. 

• Consistently demonstrates complete understanding, knowledge and application of the current departmental Steps of Service. 

• Always strives to exceed guest expectations throughout all touchpoints of the guest experience. 

• Through in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu, can make suitable recommendations and suggestively sell additional menu items accordingly.  

• Confidently addresses guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and effective manner.  

• Has the natural confidence to consistently engage in conversation with all guests creating an atmosphere of fun, professionalism, and efficiency. 

• Proactively contributes, every day, to the Swingers Culture by demonstrating behaviors that fit our philosophy and team experience. 

• Consistently demonstrates exceptional communication skills with guests and colleagues alike. 

• Makes a tangible contribution to building strong working relationships with colleagues in all departments. 

• Supports the onboarding experience for all new starters via either direct training or indirect engagement. 

• Understands the importance of, and is comfortable with, receiving and giving constructive feedback.
