Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the retail sales of luxury watches and jewelry, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, particularly in e-commerce, to maximize online and in-store revenue.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to co-create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in luxury retail sales, particularly with watches and jewelry.
• Proven track record in e-commerce and digital sales strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resident of Dubai, with a robust network within the luxury retail sector.

What is Offered:

• A competitive salary package of AED 25,000-35,000 plus commission.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
