Job Description

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies for the launch of Hamleys Play and managing digital ads and email campaigns for Oh Polly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives, drive customer engagement, and maximize ROI.

Hamleys & Hamleys Play:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness and excitement around the launch of Hamleys & Hamleys Play.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key industry figures to amplify our brand reach and secure strategic partnerships.

Agency Collaboration:

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive results

Oh Polly Digital Marketing:

  • Work on Digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to META, Google & Snspchat.
  • Create the marketing calendar for the digital brand awareness and liaise with the UK team for content that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic and conversions.
  • Manage the scheduling, segmentation, and deployment of email campaigns to maximize engagement and sales for Oh Polly.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure accurate representation of brand features and benefits in marketing materials
  • Coordinate with the analytics team to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with senior management.
