HEAD SOMMELIER

PURPOSE OF POSITION
As the Head Sommelier, you will be expected and responsible to be the head of the department to lead the Wine or Sommelier Team. You will deal with all aspects of the wine operational service of the entire restaurant. You will also be projected to contribute to the consistency and enhancement of the restaurant wine lists.
You must be able to provide an efficient, engaging, friendly and charismatic service to all our guests and patrons. As the head of the department, you must be able to manage the entire team and meet the operational standards with consistency.
You will need be to on top of all training and development of your respective team members to be more sharpened, equipped, knowledgeable and making sure that the team is striving on highest possible satisfaction in every operation.
