Job Description

Overview: As a Sales and Events Manager in Ribambelle Dubai, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, event planning, and hospitality management. You will be responsible for promoting our restaurant, managing events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase customer base.
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community organizations.
  2. Event Planning and Execution:

    • Coordinate and execute events within the restaurant, including private parties, corporate functions, and special occasions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and customize packages to meet their needs.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events, including coordinating with kitchen and service staff.
  3. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase restaurant visibility.
    • Implement creative initiatives to attract customers for special events, promotions, and themed nights.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Gather feedback from customers and use insights to enhance the overall dining and event experience.
  5. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for events and promotional activities.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all sales and event-related initiatives.
  6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Work closely with the kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure seamless coordination for events and promotions.
    • Provide input on menu selection and pricing strategies for special events.
