NET REAL ESTATE hiring Real Estate Agent at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are a luxury real estate agency based in Dubai, and we are looking to hire motivated and determined professionals to join our growing team as real estate agent.

What we offer?

• A basic salary of AED 5,000.
• 50% commission (Average 30k-50k Dirhams)
• Company visa and RERA card.
• Induction, on – site and off – site real estate trainings, along with arranging briefings with major developers.
• 50 Real Estate Leads provided per month.
• We own a property portfolio of AED 700 million and counting, to help our agents finalize deals
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
• Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
• Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
• Analyze clients' financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.

Candidate requirements:

• Multilingual.
• Real estate experience, and intermediate knowledge of UAE real estate market.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade others.
• Highly motivated to continuously learn and develop new skills, with a quick learning ability.
• Proficient in managing time and organizing tasks efficiently.
