Job Description

Monitoring employee attendance and resolving scheduling conflicts1
Ensuring that food safety standards are followed during preparation, cooking, and storage of food items1
Managing the overall operations of a restaurant location, including supervising employees and ensuring customer satisfaction1
Conducting weekly staff meetings to discuss upcoming events, specials, and other pertinent topics
Acting as a liaison between the manager and the staff of the restaurant
Must have good communication skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities
Must be able to coordinate and organize different activities simultaneously
Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Must have excellent leadership qualities
Must display flexibility in approach to work
Must be an excellent team player
Should know the basics and essence of a good customer relationship
A degree in any nutrition and/or catering-related field is a must have
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role is also required
May be expected to take pre-employment assessment tests and pass them.
