We are seeking an exceptional Hostesses to join our dynamic team at One & Only One Za'abeel. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse and international clientele, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding language skills, a strong background in hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide an exemplary first impression. Effectively manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience. Utilize proficiency in at least two languages to communicate and assist international guests. Ensure guests' special requests and preferences are noted and accommodated. Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to coordinate table assignments and timing of service. Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Assist in organizing and hosting special events or private dining experiences. Provide information about our restaurant, menu, and special promotions. Uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Stay updated on local events, attractions, and dining options to make recommendations to guests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a host/hostess in high-end, reputable restaurants or hotels. Proficiency in at least two languages is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in Michelin-starred or world-renowned restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Impeccable grooming and presentation.
