Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for  Restaurant Manager 

The role is responsible for managing the restaurant daily operation and ensuring the service delivery are executed in accordance of the brand standard, handling guest complaints and has the ability of problem solving, Leading the team to ensure the day to day operation runs smoothly. Flexibility working on weekends. taking active role in Team development through training.

Requirements:

* Solid F&B experience minimum of 3 years in 5 star Resort/Hotel/ stand alone Restaurant operation 

* Experience of supervising multicultural Team members  

* Female Candidates

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 

* Familiarity in Microsoft Office and working with computer & POS
