Salary:

• Basic Salary: 4500AED
• Total Salary (with bonuses): 5500AED

Schedule:

• 6 days a week (6/1)
• Shift duration: 9 hours (8 hours of work + 1-hour break)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea-based beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of beverage orders, following provided tutorials and recipes.
• Provide good customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including seasonal and specialty offerings.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of coffee and tea products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of specialty coffee experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines for drink preparation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
