Position: Demi Chef

Report to: Head Chef 

• Implement the preparation and service according to agree upon recipes and presentation to the letter in his or her station

• Implement daily to do tasks assigned to his or her section

• Inform of repairs when necessary

• Remedy any problems or defects

• Oversee the work of stewards

• Supervise deep cleaning and daily cleaning task of stewards

• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen

• Rotate stoke items FIFO in order to maintained a expiry date free environment in his or her section

• Insure that recipes and platting is being done according to preset standards

• Insure par levels of items are always up to date.

• Inform head chef of missing of 86 items and take action
