Job Description:

As a Safety Guard at JUYI Restaurant & Lounge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and all individuals within. You will be responsible for monitoring the restaurant and lounge area, responding to incidents, and assisting in maintaining order and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant and lounge area to deter and detect any potential security threats.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious activities.

Greet and assist guests, providing a friendly and welcoming presence.

Enforce safety and security policies and protocols.

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including contacting appropriate authorities when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities during shifts.

Assist in crowd control during busy periods and special events.

Collaborate with management and other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or maintenance issues.

Provide assistance to guests with special needs or concerns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and observant nature.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

A valid security guard license or certification (if required by local regulations).
