Job Description
The butler position is different to a regular butler.
The client wants butlers who are friendly with people and can interact with guests.
95% of the role is Food and Beverage.
Must have strong knowledge across a range of cuisines/drinks and able to advise guests on tasting menu and options etc. Could come from background of being a senior waiter in a good restaurant or good hotel/boat/yacht.
