JUYI Restaurant & Lounge hiring Bartender/Barmaid at Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and tailoring drinks to individual preferences.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

- Create and update drink menus based on seasonal ingredients and trends.

- Upsell beverages and promote lounge specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

- Handle cash and payments accurately, following our established protocols.

- Assist in restocking the bar, managing inventory, and placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:

- (at least 2 years)Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge environment is preferred.

- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills to manage orders, inventory.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Must be of legal drinking age in UAE

- Relevant certifications are a plus.

 -Fluent ( or native ) English language speaker. Mandarin or Arabic, Russian,Hindu...any extra languages are a plus...
