Reporting to Head of Hospitality, Wine, and Beverage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATION

Manage the weekly wine and service training of the floor team:
-
Controlling and monitoring wine orders, stock and par level
-
Assist with managing special events related to wine, with the head sommelier
-
Ensuring effective team work and co-operation with rest of Wine and Beverage and Restaurant team

Work with the Head of Hospitality to track and control checks, costs, and other expenses. Identify areas where costs can be reduced without sacrificing quality or customer service.
SERVICE

To ensure the cleanliness of all wine service equipment and storage

To ensure all mise en place is done to the correct standard
- To ensure that you attend all trainings, briefings and meetings and organize it.
- Promote, describe, and up sell items.

Overlook Wine service and upselling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold WSET level 2 or equivalent.
- Extensive wine and beverage knowledge and the ability to speak English or any additional language will be highly regarded.
- Experience working in top of the range large luxury resorts, hotels or Resturants
- A previous international exposure will be an advantage
- Possession of superior interactive skills is essential.
