Homegrown restaurant brand, The MAINE, will open its first international location at Hanover Square in Mayfair, London in the Fall of . The MAINE founder, Joey Ghazal, together with London-based designers, Brady Williams, have conceived an immersive townhouse experience on Mayfair’s recently renovated garden square. A perfect blend of old world British elegance, New England extravagance and a subterranean decadence, The MAINE Mayfair is divided across three levels with five distinct rooms and over seat capacity - each part of the house has been carefully designed to evoke a sense of theatre and discovery. The only surviving Georgian ‘Grade II’ listed building in the area, much of which was dug up for air raid shelters during the Second World War, the townhouse, which dates back to , was the former homestead of the Duke of Montrose and is the first time it will be a social dining and entertainment destination. “This historical townhouse in the heart of Mayfair is a dream location - rich with British heraldry, style and elegance.
