Our Bar Operations Manager at Bla Bla Beach Club is the operational expert that keeps the bar running like clockwork. The Bar Operations Manager is an integral contributor to the overall success of the bar.
The Bar Operations Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, high quality standards, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Role & Responsibilities includes the following - 

1. Financial Management
2. Shift Execution
3. Guest Relations Management
4. Operations Management

Essential Physical Requirements
• Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift, up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to work a 50+ hour work week.
• Must be able to continuously reach, bend, and stretch.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
