• Be attentive to the customer to meet their expectations and needs
• Prepare the set up of the restaurant before and after the service
• Be a support during the service with his hierarchical superiors and make the connection between the room and the kitchen
• Realize the setting up of the restaurant (check the dressing of the room and return the glasses)
• Clean the room in front of the dishwasher and in front of the kitchen
• Inform the manager if there are any missing tea towels, safety alcohol, condiments, etc.
• Cut the bread according to the hygiene system in force
• Place the candles and light them
• Check the cleanliness of the toilets
• Ensure the cleanliness of the butter and mustard supports
• Maintain the good presentation of the restaurant
• Greet the customer politely
• Apply the rules of etiquette and precedence with friendliness, discretion and politeness
• Move around the table (serve/clear) without disturbing the customer
• Inform the manager in the event of a problem
• Receive the order forms from the butler in order to ensure the link between the room and the kitchen under his orders
• Politely say goodbye to the customer
• Quickly clear the tables after the departure of the customer in order to install new customers
