TLM hiring Sales Coordinator at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our premium cigar shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service. While prior cigar experience is not required, a passion for sales and learning about cigars is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and information.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and stocked.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license and own car is a plus
• UAE Residency required
• Previous retail, sales or F&B  experience is preferred.
• Willingness to invest time to learn about cigars and tobacco products.
• Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
