If you consider yourself a self driven bar expert who has a passion for perfection and maintaining a consistant level of quality, we are looking for you! You need to have a love for developing the bar in all aspects including creating and desiging cocktails, coming up with high selling drink promotions as well as being strong in dealing and negotiating with suppliers to give the best deals and prices. You have to be excellent at working with, managing and training a team of bartenders. Being a social and talkative person is a must!
