We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Waiter to join our elite team for the Pre-opening of Bâoli. A fusion of the vibrant spirit of Southeast Asia and the refined ambience of the French Riviera, Bâoli Dubai will be a day-to-night destination, with its Beach club, Fine-Dining restaurant, Speakeasy and Lounge. The Waiter/Waitress plays an important role in ensuring a positive dining experience of the guests when visiting the venue. They interact with the guests in warm, friendly manner with a professional approach. At all the times, they make guests feel welcome, important regardless of their looks and relaxed by being proactive and attentive to their needs. As the primary point of contact during the dining experience of the guests, attention to details and guests’ satisfaction are very important.

Principal Accountabilities

• Prompt, and courteous greeting of customers
• Take orders and deliver food to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
• Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers.
• Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
• Ensure food quality and consistency is always delivered.
• Manage the set up and close down of tables within section.
• Introduce each dish presented to diners with high degree of detail of the main components
• Replenish mise en place, refill glasses, fold napkins, tidy debris, maintain table as needed
• Ensure full closing procedures are carried out consistently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and refilling of condiment sets and napkin containers.
• Coordinating with cashier to handle accurately order invoices and tips.
• Always keeps all workstations and equipment as clean as possible.
• Communicate to the Manager any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience or any negative feedback promptly after service recovery is initiated
• Fill in for absent staff as needed, jump in and lead assistance where service dictates, upholding the restaurant integrity
• Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant events, promotions and services
• Set the dining section and detail the aesthetics of the set-up pre-service
• Be thoroughly familiar with the causes of food contamination and the methods of prevention

Ideal Candidates

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced beach club
• Good in English
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
• Cooperative and self-giving team player
• Ability and willingness to perform under stress
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
• Positive and high energy level
