Skyler HR is excited to announce an immediate opening for a dedicated Front of House (FOH) Supervisor at a prestigious venue in the Mall Of the Emirates. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and play a vital role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns.
• Manage staff schedules and provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
