Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, team members, and owners.
• Manage staff effectively, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
• Handle inventory, budgeting, and financial management to optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall performance.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing F&B venues is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
