Skyler HR is seeking an exceptional Club Manager for a prestigious new club opening in Dubai in January 2024. This is an opportunity to spearhead operations for an internationally established hospitality venue in one of the most vibrant destinations in the Middle East. The selected candidate will lead with a blend of innovation and operational expertise to ensure an unmatched five-star member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Provide financial leadership across all facets of club operations, preparing budgets, managing costs, analyzing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to drive profitability.
• Member Experience: Create and execute club programming to offer members top-tier entertainment, dining, activities, and amenities within the club. Oversee member satisfaction and issues resolution.
• Staff Leadership: Lead the recruiting, training, development and management of service and operations teams to facilitate superior service standards.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and partners to enable seamless club events and member fulfillment.
• Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies, processes, emergency protocols to maintain club facilities and services at exceptional operational standards per industry regulations.
• Revenue Optimization: Identify and integrate new club offerings, partnerships and marketing to expand club utilization and financial growth.
• Running a High Volume Operation: Lead fast-paced club operations focused on high member traffic, premium service and events, extensive programming, and rigorous operational standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in club/hospitality management, preferably serving high net worth individuals in Dubai
• Demonstrated success in financial planning, budget oversight, cost control and revenue expansion
• Outstanding leadership record with examples of driving elite service culture and team development
• Familiarity with club operations including member programming, vendors, marketing partnerships
• Fluency in English required; multilingual ability preferred
