Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional skills in European cuisine, showcasing innovation and quality in menu development and kitchen management.
- Financial Acumen: Utilize strong number skills for effective cost management, including budgeting for kitchen expenses, controlling food costs, and managing orders efficiently.
- Operational Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation while managing multiple revenue streams and costs.
- Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic decision-making, focusing on the culinary and operational aspects of the restaurant. Your experience in opening restaurants and managing multiple establishments will be pivotal.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse culinary team, setting high standards and achieving operational and culinary excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills in kitchen and operational management, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Market Awareness: Have a deep understanding of the Dubai hospitality industry, including local market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai as a Chief Executive/Head Chef.
- Proven experience in opening restaurants and managing multiple establishments.
- Vendors management
- Expertise in European cuisine, along with a keen ability to manage kitchen finances.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Dubai’s multicultural environment are advantageous.
