Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee supplier relationships, including ordering and inventory management.
• Ensure the bar's operational standards are met consistently.
• Manage bar costs effectively to maintain profitability.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of supplies.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and quality in the bar area.

Qualifications:

• Previous UAE experience of 2+ years in the same or a similar role is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in managing costs and maintaining high standards.

What is Offered:

• Competitive salary ranging from 12,000-15,000 AED per month, depending on experience.

Working Hours:

• 8-10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
