Saadiyat Beach Club hiring Guest Relations Manager at Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a motivated and extremely confident Guest Relations Manager (Eastern European) who has the ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate must have excellent command of English both written and oral, second language advantageous.

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensures and provides flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Maximizes all opportunities and resources; ensuring that the highest standards are adhered to and that guest experience exceeds expectation.
• Supervises all Front of House employees, hires new staff as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed. 
• Responds to guest needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
• Reacts promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
