Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our marketing initiatives forward in the UAE market.
Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to promote our products and services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences in the UAE market.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Help manage advertising budgets and track performance metrics for various campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and other brand-building activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist with the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Retail, or Hospitality industries in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with international or diverse teams.
