As a Hostess at Swingers: The Crazy Golf Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. This active role is primarily focused on guest engagement, requiring friendly, outgoing, and organized individuals who excel in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, coordinating large groups, and guiding them through their experience, which includes food, drinks, and a round of mini-golf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and excited about their visit.
• Engage guests in conversation, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere whilst building an appropriate rapport.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance or recommendations, as necessary.
• Coordinate large groups efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and a seamless experience.
• Manage group dynamics to ensure everyone enjoys their time at Swingers.
• Provide clear directions and instructions to guests, ensuring they understand how to make the most of their visit.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with floor team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including reception area and dining areas.
• Keep track groups, coordinating with other departments, ensuring accurate scheduling and allocation of resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest bookings and processing payments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
