As a Bartender at Swingers: The Crazy Golf Club, you will be responsible for crafting beverages and providing exceptional service to our guests in a fun and energetic environment. This dynamic role requires individuals with a passion for drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the bar with a friendly and approachable demeanor, engaging them in conversation and providing recommendations on cocktails and beverages.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar inventory, monitoring levels of ingredients and supplies and restocking as needed.
• Create innovative and unique cocktails, current with industry trends and experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and glassware.
• Collaborate with other team members across all departments, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy or high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation and order fulfillment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
