We are looking for enthusiastic individuals which will conduct short telephone surveys via our automated outbound dialing system. 

You will be responsible for engaging and completing short questionnaires via the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Fluent in English
• Results-driven with a can-do attitude
• You must be well-spoken over the telephone
• Have over one-years’ customer service experience, in-person or over the telephone
• You must have a desire to progress and adapt
• Clear written communication
• Be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
