Job Description
- Process guest's bills according to established guidelines and instructions
- Typical Physical/Mental Demands :
- Prolonged standing and sitting
Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors
Normal vision and hearing range - Typical Working Conditions :
Work may be performed in small areas having a three-foot access
Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality - Compute bill and operate cash register
- Make change and issue receipts
- Handle credit transactions
- Ensure accuracy of collection and disbursement of money
- Prepare tips report and complementary report after each shift and insure that any returned product is signed off by responsible person and properly cancelled
