Job Responsibilities

The responsibility for providing general information about the restaurant and assisting callers.

Processes reservations by call, mail, telephone, or central reservation systems.

Strong communication and customer service skills,
Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.

Processes reservations from the sales office, other departments, and agents.

Creates and maintains reservation records.

Comply “Play” standards for sales & marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with colleagues.

Report to work prior to the commencement time, well-groomed and dressed as per the “Play” standards.

Promote a professional image and to provide a quick and efficient service to all guests.

Strive to anticipate the guests' needs wherever possible, to enhance quality service and in turn complement clients' satisfaction.

Cooperate with colleagues requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting other departments in response to the business and guests' needs.

Ensure that all guests are greeted with a friendly welcome and offered the highest standards of care and satisfaction throughout.

To ensure “Play “standards of performance are as per the SOP Manual.

To maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to Guest & Play Management.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within restaurant & lounge.

Professional in English (Spoken & written), other language would be added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Equivalent
