Job Description
- Social Media Specialists, responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
- Overseeing & developing marketing Campaign. Managing those campaigns on social media.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Maintaining website and looking at data analytics.
- Promotional activities
- Experience in a Restaurant industry based in Dubai is a must.
