    We @ Papa Dubai are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our team. 

    You need to possess an outgoing personality to make clients feel satisfied and comfortable.

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
  • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
  • Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
  • Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Female preferred
  • Proven working experience as guest relations manager
  • Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
  • Familiarity and interest in industry’s latest trends
  • Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
