Position: Hostess / Senior Hostess

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hostess / Senior Hostess to work in our Award-Winning fine dining restaurants.

You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team ensuring that operations run smoothly. The Hostess/Senior Hostess is the first point of contact to all customers. Will be responsible for the coordination of all the reservations, made either by phone or in person. In addition, she will be responsible to greet and assist all customers at the restaurant entrance and to settle them properly.

Requirements of the role:

·        Previous experience in F&B

·        Excellent English communication skills.

·        Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly.

·        Ability to operate computer and office equipment.

·        Proficiency in Excel, Word and Reservation systems (reserve out, seven rooms)

·        Excellent customer service skills.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions

·        Flexible and able to adapt to different situations.

Type: Full time.
