As the Guest Relations Manager, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, tasked with cultivating and nurturing connections with resort guests, residents in Dubai, and frequent guests. Your primary objective is to foster customer loyalty and enhance revenue generation. Working as a Guest Relations Manager, you will actively promote repeat business, attract new clientele, and effectively convey specific requests and requirements of guests to the restaurant management team. Your role will involve showcasing a profound understanding and enthusiasm for the brand, and actively participating in the construction and maintenance of the guest database.
