Nightlife Waiter & Waitresses - OJ Lifestyle

We are looking for individuals that have worked in the Dubai nightlife industry who are solely focused on delivering an excellent client experience combined with a strong sales ability. This is for the launch and return of nightlife, on an arena scale at OJ Forum, Coca-Cola Arena.

This is the latest project of the OJ Lifestyle brand, founded by successful entrepreneur, Omar Jackson. There will be several nightlife events before the new year starting with Dark Knights Edition 1.0 on Friday 20th November.

If you are a social person, with a strong sales ability in a thriving, fast-paced, nightlife workplace, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Excellent people skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Patience and client-oriented approach
• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a top Dubai nightclub
• Providing excellent service consistently throughout the evening to ensure satisfaction
• Attention to tidiness, cleanliness and safety 
• Upsell food and drinks on the menu to encourage further client spending
• Fast, organised and efficient
• Ability to take client orders from the menu and process them accurately
• Answer questions or make recommendations from the menu
• Listen and empathise to any complaints and report complaints to the floor manager
• Operate closely with the “runner” working alongside you
