We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to oversee the operations of pre-opening high-end restaurant. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the fine dining hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including service, kitchen, and human resources.
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Supervise the planning and execution of business strategies to enhance revenue and meet profitability goals.
• Develop and motivate the team through continuous training and performance evaluations.
• Manage supply chains and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
• Handle complaints and suggestions promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing high-end restaurants, preferably in fine dining or Arabic-themed establishments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and direct the team.
• Ability to analyze and make strategic, well-informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining hospitality practices and service excellence standards.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
