Our Luxury Lifestyle Resort is currently looking for a talent to join our Beach Club Team in the role of a Reservations Agent. Are you aware that the role is responsible for receiving and recording guests' reservations, assigning tables, beds, cabanas, and luxury sun loungers? Are you able to handle inquiries through phone and e-mail, provide guests with the accurate information in regards to the opening hours, door policy, special events and promotions? Do you know that this is a demanding role that requires excellent organizational and social skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment?
